The iAqua project is to expand and scale up sustainable freshwater aquaculture facility to supply Murray Cod - a premium value fish in Australian and selected export markets. At its completion, the project will have an annual production capacity of up to 300 tonnes of native fish species (subject to the high funding goal being reached). The facility will focus on Murray cod (Maccullochella peelii), a premium Australian native freshwater fish and a proven aquaculture species.
